I spent the first 21 years of my professional career working in a family owned business that was started by my grandfather in 1946. The company grew over the years, but also dealt with several issues including the unexpected death of my father at a young age. The business was sold successfully to an outside buyer in 1999.  In October 1999, I joined Northwestern Mutual  with the goal of sharing my experience as an owner of a closely-held family business to help other business owners address the issues my family faced. My passion is to help business owners protect and preserve the value they worked so hard to create by delivering more complete and effective financial services than we experienced as a family-owned business. 

As Director of Estate and Business Planning for the Clayton Network Offices of Northwestern Mutual, I focus on providing integrated personal, business, estate planning, and investment services to business owners, executives, and high net worth clients.
